Brumback Consulting Inc. is an independentand locally owned brokerage and development company based inLiberty Lake, WA. The company was started in 1978 by founder D.G. “Gib” Brumback. Gib Brumback maintains an active role in the company acting as the Designated Broker and President. His son, Nick Brumback, joined the firm in 2006 and holds the position of Vice-President Development & Brokerage. Debbie Rowe joined the firm in 2008 to head up the Residential Division and holds the position of Residential Manager.

Since 1979, the firm has grown from its roots in commercial development to include all aspects of the real estate business in the commercial and residential sectors, allowing the company to fully service the needs of current and future clients. There are two main divisions that make up the company; Brumback Commercial and Brumback Residential.
